Therapy of the Heart and Spirit / Leslie Woodworth LCSW is a psychotherapy practice in Austin, TX. I am a seasoned therapist working with clients who experience or have experienced trauma or domestic abuse, suffer from chronic illness, or need relationship supports, navigating a difficult relationship be it parent spouse or child/peer. My sessions help clients voice concerns and fears, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and assist in gaining insight and accepting their true selves. I work with teens and adults, couples and families. I strive for direct language, help with setting boundaries and speaking your truths. Reach out. There is no shame in asking for help.
